You enter into two separate contracts when you take out an insurance policy through us.
The first contract is with INSHUR and sets out the terms and conditions under which INSHUR will arrange and administer any insurance policies on your behalf and any fee(s) that we charge you for providing our insurance intermediary services.
When you agree to set up your policy, we impose an Intermediary Service Fee for the insurance intermediary services we provide in arranging, servicing and providing a renewal option (where available) on your policy. You will also enter into a separate contract with the Insurance Company and INSHUR for providing your insurance policy and other related services.
For more details on our fees please see our terms of business HERE
