When your policy goes live depends on multiple factors, such as if you are a new or existing customer.

A new customer:
When generating your quote you will have selected a start date for your policy, if the date selected is for the same day then your policy will be live immediately after payment has been processed.
We also allow you to quote up to 28 days in advance, so if you have selected a date in the future, your policy will go live from midnight on that day i.e. If you selected the 1st of the month it will begin at 00:00 on that day. -
Existing Customer
If you are renewing a live policy, your new policy will take over from the moment your current live policy lapses starting at 00:00 on that day.
If you are renewing a policy that has expired, your new policy will be live immediately once the payment has been takenYou can check the status of your policy by logging in to your dashboard and it will either say "ACTIVE" or "PENDING"
If it states ACTIVE then your policy is now live
If it states PENDING you have not yet reached the start date of your new policy.
