You can now cancel your policy directly from your dashboard page.
Simply log in HERE to start the process. Once logged in please select CANCEL MY POLICY, follow the steps on screen and you will receive a confirmation message once it has been completed.
If no claims have been made during the current 90 day Period of Insurance, We will refund any unused hours of credit held within your Wallet less any Wallet Management Fees owed.

Please note that it can take up to 7 days to calculate how much of a refund you are due on your account whilst we wait for block data from Amazon. Once this amount has been calculated it can take up to a further 5 working days depending on your bank to reach your account.
