We will email you 7 days before the end of your current policy to let you know about your renewal and any changes to the hourly premium. When your policy renews you will have cover for another 90 days.
You do not need to do anything. Your wallet balance will be carried onto the new policy and no payment is required to renew.
The automatic renewal of your policy/cover will be based upon your current policy. Unless you choose to amend, confirm and purchase any changes to your policy before the renewal date. (You will only be charged a new hourly premium after renewal.)
If we are unable to automatically renew your policy, we will contact you by email to let you know. If you do not want your policy to renew, or wish to opt out of automatic renewal, you must contact us before your renewal date to let us know.
What will happen to the funds in my wallet?
The same wallet will be used and any unused funds will be carried over to the new insurance policy automatically.
Your next payment is taken when your current wallet balance falls below 16 hours worth of hourly premium. See ‘What is a Wallet?’ article for more information on how that works.
